Michael arrived within the timeslot he had promised. He was friendly and personable. He spent nearly an hour on the car checking it out with a portable diagnostic computer and checking under the bonnet and under the car.
He was not able to fix the car on that visit as it requires a new steering rack. But he mailed me a read-out of the diagnostics and checked with contacts for a price for further works. I thought it was good value for a call-out.
I was very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to use a garage thankyou so much
